Continuing to add to my portfolio I arranged for a couple of model shoots to put together a concept photo. The photo required the model to be in two different outfits with completely different make up. Part one was yesterday and Part two today. I shall share the finished article once its composited. In the meantime I thought you might like to see one of the portraits we took towards the end of the session.
Photo was taken with the 645Z and 75mm lens. ISO 100, 1/125 and F16. Jody was lit by three lights. The first was in an 80cm beauty dish overhead angled slightly towards her. Under her chin were three reflectors punching the light back into her face. To camera right at an angle behind the model was a170cm Octa. This added a slight rim light and separated her from the background. Directly behind her was a third light, fitted with a 55 degree reflector, aimed towards the floor to create the gradient on the grey background.
My wife stood just off to camera right with a hair dryer blowing Jody's hair around.
There has been a fair bit of PP to enhance the eyes and teeth, soften the skin and remove blemishes. You can click through for the full size image.
