A few monochromes from Italy

Sorry if I'm bombarding at the moment but I'm enjoying my photography a great deal and although the vast majority of my images are presented in colour there are always a few that suit Black and White (to my eyes) - so here's a few from Italy...

1. Sailing Boat against the old Lemon grove pillars in Limone on Lake Garda:

2. Tourists or Locals?:

3. Musicians in Malcesine:

4. Chefs on Lunch Break:

5. Fruit and Veg shop in Limone:

6. Haze on the Lake:

Hope you like them :thumb:

Cheers for that. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
For me it's a lovely shot. The light falloff leads you nicely into the shot. The hill leads you into the shot also. Great tones, light and shade and black blacks.
Love it.
Great shooting.

Smashing pics sir.
I appreciate you 'bombarding' us.
I find it really interesting seeing people's photos and the comments.

I like Derek's favourite as well, it is great.
It is great to see the comments because I wouldn't have a clue why I liked it.

But also I like 1. 5. and 6. and the chimney.

Is there any chance of seeing the first one in colour please?

from OP.... Love 1,2 4 and 6. 3 and 5 don't lend themselves to B&W IMHO :) for example the strength of 5 lies in the colours of fruit and veg, etc
