Hello all, this is David from the edge of the Pennines. I have been using Pentax since I bought an MX body when my Cosina CS1 gave up the ghost.

I now use a Pentax K5, with a mixture of new Pentax and venerable Vivitar lenses.

I mainly photograph landscapes and wildlife.

Hi David - Welcome aboard - Good to see yet another Digital Pentax user with a heritage to be proud of (the MX was my first real passion of a camera)

Landscape is the true domain of Pentax (IMO), along with Macro, Portraiture, Wildlife (especially slow moving ), Studio, etc, etc, etc......

Yes, I still regret selling my MX. It was a lovely peice of machinery, pushing the self winder the 'wrong' way to get depth of field preview was pure genius.
