Camera strap lug protectors

I recently bought a K-3 and found it didn’t come with the two leather lug protectors for when attaching the strap, now normally this isn’t a problem as I never used a strap before but now I’m finding a need for one,

Well I’ve hunted high and low on the internet to buy a pair and failed, so has anybody any ideas where to buy them or has anybody a spare pair knocking about I can buy.

Your help as always will be much appreciated.
